Just so you all know, when u pay them 100 dollars, they dont remove your virus they quarantine it, my norton expired so the virus re-exploded in my system and they were asking me to pay 100 dollars again. I ended up figuring out how to remove it myself. called them just to say suck it
downloaded the program because everyone recommends this company and of course every other day I try to contact customer support, a message displays that they are unable to connect at this time and my internet is up and running.

thats norton for you. their supports utter crap, their softwares crap, and they charge just so they can hack into your system and possibly not even remove your virus woes. their company should have been hit by the recession. All they seem to do is make money off unsuspecting people who dont know much about computers and assume they are “#1* in computer protection. As a techie myself I wouldnt even dream of going near their useless products. Go to eset smart security or NOD32

I did re-format my computer and one of the reasons I had to was because my Norton anti virus stopped working. But now I have no clue how to re-install it. They never sent me a disc. None of there technical help sites even comes close to addressing the question of how to re-install my Norton anti virus So I decided to call them on the phone. Yeah right.
