What is the easiest software for creating a good digital model of a room?

I need to create a digital model of an existing room, including positioning of the existing decoration (paintings, architectural ornamentation) on the walls and ceiling. Ideally, I’d like to end up with a digital model which will allow me to see how things are positioned in space from different viewpoints. Is there an easy software program which will do this, or is it worthwhile to hire someone experienced in CAD software to do it?

I want to use it as a drive, and as a modem. I would also like to be able to charge it with the computer, transfer files, etc., but I have not been able to locate any of the software through Motorola. I don’t have the CD that came with it.
