But if you read AVG the free download doesnt give you Web Shield, Identity Protection, Firewall, Anti-Spam. And I really need those protections also……….

it will say Avast 4.8 in the bottom left of the new little box. on the box it shows a CD. click it, 2 things pop out of box, make sure thing at top is on thorough. then, click the thing above CD, then one under, in files put in Check in C:\ file, or what ever your drive is. then it should search itself

for a free antivirus AVG is famous in todays news, For a paid Kaspersky Internet Security (A little expensive) but sure worth it if your one who easily gets viruses/spyware/adware etc.. Kaspersky will stop them before they attack your pc
Dude, never use more then 1 anti-virus they cancel eachother out.
I think go and scan with Malwarebytes Anti malware
