I think hey people easy fix, i had the virus, restart your computer, while everything is loading, make sure you get your task manager up, go to processes, search for any weird looking names ex: ifcssysguard…sysguard, end process. After you have ended it, you stopped the virus from not allowing you to open your virus scanners, BUT the virus is still there. You should then search for the virus and delete it. Go to start, search, then search for the ifcssysguard, or virus, then delete.
