srajure asked:
Learn how to remove a fake security application called Personal Antivirus. For current and latest info see link comprolive.com

it has an golden striped shield icon now
try doing an online virus scan mentioned in the article link in the description of this video
-and opened the personal antivirus folder which contained the uninstall icon with the same “gold shiled” picture. I clicked on the uninstall button and about 1 second afterwards a window pooped up and says the PAV is gone. i am going on the internet and it is no longer redirecting me to some fake website urging me to buy anti virus like it did before. im still kind of scared, how can i double check to see if it is gone?
hello srajure, can you please answer me this question?
I went to:
- local disk C,
-program files
-common files
-uninstall
thank you THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUUUUUU!! I LOVE YOUUU!!! I fixed it using the System Restore method. Thanks a lot, you’re awesome!!
The Creator of Personal Antivirus came from a company called
InnovaGest 2000
if you read the accompanying article, link given in the description , i have written in detail about it
how do i contact PAV?
I can’t say if any of the antispywares would work or not. It is upto you to try and see if it has worked.
I think Ok can u do sumthing for me? ok i downloaded “Spyware Docter” will that work?
if you have restored your computer at a safe restore point, then you can turn it off and immediately on again. The whole exercise is meant to delete the previous restore points so as to remove the virus files in them
Thank you so so much! PAV got on my computer yesterday. I tried the system restore thing and it works! Hopefully it’s gone for good.
Quick question, after I turn Restore off, when is it a good time to turn it back on and how?
I think I tryed system restore but it said there were no previous restor dates wtf
I think Yeah it’s infected. Try thinking, its a fake. There is no update, no activation, no pay or licensed. Therefore just downloading it is all there is to let the virus run through your computer.
Hoep you got rid of it by now, it’s been three days.
Btw, awesome accent.
I think The PA program is blocking access to my browser. Is there any way around this?
Yeah i just did. Thank you for the video. You really helped me out.
I think you can remove it from your computer using the instructions in the video as well as the article link given in the description of this video. Good that you did not pay anything, but still you should get rid of it asap
please see the link to the article in the description of this video

I think I have downloaded the person AV but i did not paid for anything, activated it, updated it, or get it licensed. Im i still under the risk of identity theft? Please answer quickly, im trying to get rid of it now.
Thank you a WHOLE LOT
I think I didnt understand everything he said, can you write the instructions? Thanks
Occasionally Personal AntiVirus blocks access to mainstream Anti-Malware software. In this case Mal-Aware removes the worst part of the infection and then allows you to run other Anti-Malware software to remove the entire infection. Check it out at Mal-Aware. com
I think if you did not download then the infection is limited to your browser and temp files. Run a freeware called CCleaner, and also use another browser (like firefox) for some time till you get rid of the infection.
