most unique — yet familiar — interface on the planet! The StealthPedal™ is the first USB powered audio interface & MIDI controller designed for the way YOU play. Use the Stealth Pedal to control the included Powered by AmpliTube software or any other MIDI controllable software for a level of creative flexibility youve never experienced before. Turn your computer into the Ultimate Tone Machine. … stealthpedal ik “ik multimedia” amplitube “powered by amplitube” namm “expression pedal” “wah …

I think You can control things using MIDI, with especially good control of things in X-Gear but you cannot turn your guitar into a guitar synth like you describe.
Can I ask a quick question? with the Stealthpedal, can you control your guitar like it was a midi synthesiser in kontakt or something?
I think Thanks for the comment! We think so too
I`m just gonna say this.. Amplitube is great fun!
I think This is an isolated problem, there are many StealthPedal users without issue (including myself) – tech support has helped people with problems such as this and a lot of times it turns out to be something else on the system or a combination of things.
I think My goodness. I was thinking of getting this as it seemed to be really good, but now after hearing your problem I don’t think I will bother. I have had enough problems with gear before, so what I recommend is just to get your money back and buy something else.
well it makes no sense cause when I use the direct input on my macbook it doesn’t hiss and I don’t have to mess with any eq or noise gate settings. But with this I get a constant hiss. This is the same with a new unit as well. There is something fundamentally wrong with this thing.
Are you sure you have your cables plugged in all the way? And there are no other loose connections? I know it sounds stupid for me even to suggest this, but, it’s worth a try to just make sure.
I think turn all the presets off, spread your eq down to zero..and start with a trbble test….hiss usually comes from the cab emmulator
Ok I am actually getting an exchange for a different problem (the internal footswitch is dead) I will let you know if I still get the hissing problem with a new unit.
Please feel free to drop me a message directly and I will do my best to help resolve this to your satisfaction.
I think Well according to your support folks and other comments I have read about the stealth plug, the hissing is normal.
I would suggest that you log on to your User Area on our site and make sure you have the latest software installed. If you still get the hissing, you can also contact our support folks from your User Area. Thanks!
The box contains the StealthPedal, USB cable, and software – the software differs between the StealthPedal and StealthPedal Deluxe. You can find more about what’s different at the IK Multimedia website.
my unit hisses do you know what is wrong with it. I don’t even have an instrument hooked up to it.
oh, and what comes on the box, beside the pedal itself ? does it include any other expression pedals/FS/software…?
I can use my own pedals with that right ? such as my Vox Wah. and that FS and the 2nd stomp pedal… is that a special pedal or any stomp pedal will work ? [again, the Vox Wah or a volume pedal, for example...]
does this work with keytars? lol
does it includes footswict and volume ex. pedal?
I think does the product include the footswitch and volume ex. pedal?
were can u get that external foot switch?
I think thanks, also how much does it cost?
We sell it at our Online Store, and many music retailers have it. Look on Google and you should be able to find many stores in your area that carry it.
so where can you buy this?
There are three physical pedals in this video controlling three virtual ones, volume doesn’t really count as there is a control for that on nearly every guitar, so why not actually get three decent pedals that you’re going to use? Why not a multi-effects unit? That would probably be cheaper and a lot easier to operate. As for amps, a decent class A valve combo or stack will have a wide eq band for dialling in different tones.
